Return and Refund Policy

At Ahaa Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a defect or quality issue, please note the following Return and Refund policy:

• Return/Exchange Window: You must request a return or exchange within 1 day of delivery for items with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
• Eligibility: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at +917487008881 within 1 day of receiving your order. Please share your order details and clear photos of the defect or quality issue.
• Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will arrange for a pickup and provide a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method, as per your preference.
• Non-Eligible Items: Products that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 1-day window, will not be eligible for return or exchange under this policy.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping for approved defective or quality issue items will be borne by Ahaa Studio.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
